Job Description
- Collect and organise car insurance policies, claims, and customer behaviour data.
- Develop statistical models to assess risk and determine insurance premiums.
- Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data by conducting regular audits and quality checks.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as underwriting and actuarial teams, to share data and insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new data analytics tools and techniques.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Provide support to other teams, such as sales and customer service, by providing data and insights to inform their decisions.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations, such as POPI Act.
Insurance Agent/Representative

Job Description
- Provide excellent customer service to clients by promptly addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Identify clients’ insurance needs and recommend the appropriate coverage options.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to increase retention rates and referral business.
- Effectively communicate policy details and exclusions to clients to ensure they fully understand their coverage.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of clients’ driving history, vehicle type, and other factors to provide accurate quotes.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, policies, and regulations to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets to drive revenue growth for the company.
- Build a strong referral network by developing relationships with other professionals in the industry, such as real estate agents and car dealerships.
- Collaborating with underwriting and claims teams to ensure policy issuance and claims processes are streamlined and efficient.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of insurance policies.
